SERVICE AGREEMENT
The subscription services ("Subscription") are for educational purposes and are not investment recommendations or advice. True Vine, Inc. / True Vine Capital, Inc. ("First Party") doing business as “Traders Club,” is not an investment advisory service, nor a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer and does not purport to tell or suggest which securities Customer/Client ("Second Party") should buy or sell. It is not representative of professional expertise. The risk of loss in trading securities and options can be substantial. The Second Party fully understands all relevant risk factors including their own personal financial situation before trading. Options involve risk and are not suitable for all traders or investors. The First Party is not responsible for any trades Second Party places with their brokerage account(s). Second Party is solely responsible for any live trades placed in their brokerage account(s) with any actions which may lead to loss of funds. The Second Party fully understands all relevant risk factors including their own personal financial situation before trading. The First Party assumes no responsibility or liability for the Second Party's trading and investment results. It should not be assumed that the methods, techniques, or indicators presented by the First Party will be profitable or that they will not result in losses. Past results of the trading system taught by the First Party are not indicative of future returns and present trading ideas by the First Party are not indicative of guaranteed results. In addition, the indicators, strategies, columns, articles and all other features of First Party are provided for informational and educational purposes only and should not be construed as investment advice. The Second Party should always check with their financial adviser and tax adviser to determine the suitability of any investments.
SUBSCRIPTION
The Subscription services being provided by the First Party include U.S. stock market research reports, U.S. stock market analysis/updates and trading/investing strategies education. Therefore, the First Party is responsible to provide U.S. stock market research and analysis to educate and inform the Second Party with information; but the First Party cannot and will not give the Second Party specific investment advices for which stocks the Second Party should buy or sell. The First Party's objective is to educate, inform and equip the Second Party so that the Second Party may able to make prudent decisions on their own based on their own investment objectives. The Second Party agrees not to ask for personalized investment advice, which the First Party cannot and will not provide. The First Party sends out the same identical information to all subscribers. First Party do not customize or tailor recommendations or advice to meet the individual goals and circumstances of any one subscriber. First Party will answer general questions with regard to the services First Party offers, but First Party will not answer questions about the individual financial circumstances of any subscriber about stocks unrelated to the subscription services. The First Party will share trade activities, entries and exits, with the Second Party as an educational purpose. The Second Party should not mistake this as a recommendation to buy or sell for their portfolio(s). The trade activities are shared so as to scrutinize and discuss the strategies. The Second Party agrees to purchase said Subscription at the terms and price stated in this agreement.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
The Subscription will continue until the next anniversary day of the billing-cycle term when the service begins ("Renewal Date") and it will automatically renew (there will be no reminders) for another term unless Second Party cancels the Subscription before the Renewal Date. The Second Party may cancel the Subscription anytime by simply emailing our Club admin@2tradersclub.com (24-hour notice is required) or log on to their PayPal or Stripe account to cancel the Subscription profile before the Renewal Date. If the payment gets “skipped” due to insufficient funds or any other reasons, Second Party’s Subscription will be suspended until the payment is satisfied. If the payment is not made and gets “skipped” due to insufficient funds or any other reasons, Second Party’s Subscription will be suspended immediately and then terminated if the payment isn’t made on the same day.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITHOUT REFUNDS
First Party does not offer prorated refunds for canceling the Subscription early or late, and all sales are final without refunds (no exceptions). If Second Party cancels the Subscription early or late (i.e., the day after the renewal has already taken effect), Second Party’s Subscription will continue until the next Renewal Date and it will automatically expire on that Renewal Date. If Second Party disputes a charge with their bank/credit card/PayPal/Stripe after the Second Party is breaching the contractual agreement stated in this agreement, The Second Party will immediately lose access to the Traders Club member site indefinitely. Also, the Second Party’s subscription service will be terminated immediately and the remaining balance will be forfeited.
NON-TRANSFERABLE / COPYRIGHT
The Subscription may not be assigned or transferred or shared with any other person or entity. All materials are for a single subscriber's eyes only and Second Party’s Subscription cannot be shared with any other person or entity. All contents included on this site, such as reports, charts, videos, articles, data compilations including email updates/alerts/analysis ("Contents"), is the property of First Party protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Therefore, the Second Party may not share The Contents with anyone else. The Second Party’s Subscription may be subject to termination and forfeiture of the remaining balance without refunds if the conditions are violated.
GOVERNING PROVISIONS
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Prior to the commencement of any legal action, each party to this Agreement agrees to meet and confer in good faith with the other party to resolve any problems or disputes that arise under this Agreement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The First Party shall not be liable for any errors or omissions, or damages, losses, or other claims, whether direct or indirect, that the Second Party may have. First Party does not guarantee any results, does not warranty any part of its Subscription services. Any damages resulting from the services rendered under this Agreement is limited to the cost of one monthly Subscription.
ATTORNEYS FEES
In the event of a breach by the Second Party of this Agreement, the Second Party agrees to pay all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs relating to said breach and enforcement of this Agreement.

The Second Party acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of the Disclaimer on the First Party’s website at https://2tradersclub.com/disclaimer/ in addition to the terms above in this page.
