7-10 Year Treasury Bond
- Uptrend support held and sustained
- Indicators implying bullish accumulations
- High volume like July 2011 (we still got 15 more days to go this month)
- Forecast is that the 7-10 Year would make all time highs in the next several months (again, bad for the equities)

We have been holding our call positions since $109.30ish on the 20 Year Treasury Bond since late March as we lost faith on the equities with multiple warning signals we were able to discover. We probably going to start to take some profits when it starts to progress more aggressively to the upside. Because you know, when the Bonds move, they can move fast and furiously!

the high flyers led by Netflix are starting to show some fatigue after a big run up.
I think we have a short term pullback next few days.
Bond and stocks are not acting they way they should. equities should be lower.
Some similar moves as 2007.
Ha! Just as I post this, Netflix and others start moving back up. Go figure.
But market does seem nervous. Even though I believe we will see a bearish market, it could be another year or two before we do.
The housing market topped off at 2006 but it wasn’t until 2008 when the market started tanking. Market even reached new highs after 2006.
We could see the same.
Zex_M19 sorry for no reply. for some reason I didnt get the notification… (weird). but yea the high-beta names been pretty bullish NFLX GOOGL AAPL TSLA.. and so the market continues higher.. The bonds seems to continue to grind higher as well… I guess we will see how it all plays out
